Absence of Career Meaning
Your career feels squiggly, non-linear, like an amalgamation of random actions. Future moves feel ungrounded, not assured.
Missing Coherence
You no longer see yourself in your current professional identity. You want change, it feels risky, the path feels unclear.
Identity Fracture + Change Map missing
No job in 90 days. No salary bump.
No guarantee but this one:
You leave a month from now as someone who shapes their career, not someone whose career is shaped by externalities.
The research is unequivocal on one thing. I've seen it across 3600+ career identity transformations, and my own:
What you do with it is up to you.
And unlike coaching or advice, that means one thing:
It stays with you forever.

Do I need to be in the middle of changing careers right now?
No. You can do this at any stage of professional identity transformation — even if its something you’re considering but not sure how to navigate it.
How much time does it actually take?
Depends on your disposition to writing & getting the story out of you. On average, roughly 20–30 minutes of writing a day, four days a week, for three weeks. Week 4 is live calls, no writing. Works up to about two hours a week.
Do I need to be good with AI or Notion?
No. If you can use a browser you can do this. Claude can manage your Notion for you. Week 4 is a guided live build, we do it together, step by step. You’ll be fine!
Is this storytelling?
No. You'll tell stories, but the goal isn’t to tell better stories. Stories are to narratives what jigsaw pieces are to the picture on the box — what the pieces point to is meaning & identity. Our goal is to tell many stories to define what they, and your career, point to.
Why not personal branding?
Many many reasons! Branding is about image, career crisis is about identity. You don’t experience your life as a ‘brand’ model. You experience it as a story — beginnings, middles, chapters of change. Goals, actions, challenges, lessons. Narrative authoring integrates more easily with how you see yourself, so the changes show up almost immediately. Also, brands are for corporations, narratives are for humans. :)
Is this a motivational session?
No. It’s sense-making and skill-building. People do get inspired by what they see in their own stories. That’s an interesting side effect.
Am I going to be told who I am by an AI?
No! You’re gonna study your own story. The AI just reflects your own words back by taking the cognitive load: finds patterns, articulates crucial pieces at the altitude it's trained at. It is a mirror with a memory, not a therapist.
What happens to what I write? Is it private?
Everything you write lives in your personal Notion, in your own workspace. That’s where it stays. The assistant you build accesses it in your Notion, it isn’t uploaded to a course platform, Vishal doesn’t see it, neither does the cohort — unless you choose to share it. You own the record of your own life, as only you can.
What if I fall behind?
The writing is yours and the materials stay with you. The weekly calls are where the cohort syncs, but the work is asynchronous by design. This is low-touch. Catch yourself up!
On whom is the final onus for successful outcomes?
You. The more willingness and participation you bring to this, the more you get out of it. If you’re not willing to write the essays and document your experience, this won’t help you. Vishal facilitates, the AI distills. The one who does the work, is you.
Do I need prior knowledge of narrative or story?
Everything you need is already inside you. Just bring yourself.
Does this work across cultures and backgrounds?
Yes. This is based on methods delivered in classrooms at world-leading business schools filled with mid-career changers from all over the world. We use stories as maps, and that looks the same everywhere. They always have.
What happens after the month?
You keep the assistant, the outputs and the method. Your cohort sets up its own check-in rhythm. Vishal joins the group calls one month later to see how it’s going.
Can I do this on Claude's free plan?
Technically, yes. Projects are available in the free version. Realistically, free plans cap daily messages and long sessions, which likely stalls your Week 4 Agent Build session. Free-plan conversations may also be used for model training, and if privacy is a concern for you then you should know: on Claude Pro you can switch that off.
